Wowza (Elisa Lodge), at age 72, walks her talk. She is a modern shaman who has been a leader in the human potential movement for four decades. She has an extensive background in expressive arts therapy, movement/dance education, sound healing integrative bodywork, and performance art practices. Wowza has studied with master bodywork teachers, Ida Rolf and Mohse Feldenkrais and has been a certified teacher of Rolfing Movement Integration. She introduced a ‘Quantum Physiology of Consciousness’ at the Sequoia Symposium for physicists who were presenting their work on the quantum field.

Her multi-disciplinary background includes being an international consultant on natural fitness, motivational speaker, and presentation coach with On Camera, a firm, which coach’s executives, writers, politicians, and actors for media appearances and corporate communications. Her programs, Fit to Lead and Computer Fitness: Take the Aches and Pains out of Work has been offered at Sun Micro Systems, Portal Publications and Oracle Corporation.
